WHere is an easy version of a drink featured on our latest drinks list. It's a batch pre-mixed that's loaded full of tastes of a Christmas time, making it perfect for a holiday party. Save the extra cordial to use in brunch beverages, sweets, or to make another batch of the drink.

Serves 10 people
For the Clementine Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
For the Premix (produces 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (from the recipe above)
Fresh cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Directions
To prepare the Cordial: Place the listed ingredients inside a pan, bring to a simmer, agitating until the sugar dissolves. Next, remove from the burner and let it to cool down entirely. Decant to a sealable bottle, seal keeping it chilled, where it will keep for about one month.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Mix all the liquid ingredients into one large bottle, leave to sit for one hour, then pass it through best through muslin, to ensure it's fully clarified.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml of the batch mix to a mixing glass containing ice, gently stirring carefully for about 60 seconds until cold. Filter into a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, garnish with a few cranberries and complete it by giving it a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
